1. Directory Submissions

By submitting an artificial intelligence agent, framework, or workflow to NBOTS ("Platform"), you represent that you own the rights to the asset or are authorized to list it. We reserve the right to review, edit taglines for clarity, or reject any listing that promotes malware, phishing, illegal activities, or deceptive practices.

2. Paid Placement & Review Tiers

NBOTS offers paid review and promotional tiers: Fast-Track ($49) and Featured ($149).

Fast-Track Review ($49): Guarantees manual editorial review within 24 hours. Approval is subject to meeting platform quality guidelines.
Featured Placement ($149): Provides pinned top-tier placement, spotlight card styling, and priority indexing for 30 calendar days from the date of approval. Following the 30-day window, listings transition to permanent standard listings.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to NBOTS cover immediate editorial evaluation, digital indexing, and spotlight placement services. Because digital review work begins immediately upon transaction completion:

Paid listing and review fees are strictly non-refundable once a submission is reviewed or published.
If a paid submission is rejected for violating core safety or legality policies, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Disclaimers & Third-Party Services

NBOTS does not operate, warrant, or guarantee the performance, uptime, or safety of third-party AI agents indexed on the directory. Visitors interact with listed agents at their own discretion and risk.
