NBOTS collects only the minimal information required to manage listings and deliver directory updates:

• Submitter Information: Agent name, product URL, contact email address, and product metadata submitted via our listing form.
• Subscriber Information: Email addresses submitted voluntarily to receive weekly autonomous agent drops.

2. Payment Processing

We do not store or process credit card numbers on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. How Information Is Used

We use contact information exclusively to:

• Deliver approval notices and your verified embed badge code.
• Send weekly newsletters (if subscribed). You may opt out at any time.
• Verify paid submission claims against payment records.

We never sell, rent, or trade email lists to third parties.

4. Data Retention & Removal

You may request the deletion of your email address or the removal of your bot from our directory at any time by emailing contact@nbots.com.
